Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Della Trade Revolution. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns and refunds:

     Returns

      Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
      Once the product is accepted after checking, it will not be eligible for return or replacement later.

     Important:

     Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item in front of the delivery person. After the delivery is confirmed,
     we will not accept returns for any issues reported after the fact.To start a return, you can contact us at dellatrade.bd@gmail.com.
     Returns should be sent to the following address:152/2, West Panthapath, 1205, Dhaka, BangladeshIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label,

     as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

     Exchanges

     The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     Refunds

     Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

     If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time

     for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
